RULES FOR USING PACKAGES OF 5 OR 10 VISITS:
1. An appointment within the package must be rescheduled/cancelled no later than the day before the date of the appointment. In case of non-arrival or cancellation on the day of the appointment, it will be forfeited from the package.
2. The package of 5 visits must be used within a period not exceeding 2 months from the date of purchase of the package. The package of 10 visits must be used within a period not exceeding 4 months from the date of purchase of the package.
3. If the Patient, for health reasons, will not be able to complete the package at the scheduled time, each such situation will be considered individually.
